Eligibility
This call is open to all photographers who consider themselves members of the LGBTQIA2+ community; we absolutely cherish and love our straight friends and allies, but for this exhibit we hope to amplify queer voices.

This national call for entry is open to all photographic artists living or working in the United States and its territories. All entries must be original works of art and entirely the work of the entrant. Accepted entries will be exhibited at The Image Flow in San Anselmo, CA and in our online gallery.

All original artwork must be framed to professional standards. For details, see Terms & Conditions.

$35 non-refundable registration fee. Artists may submit up to 10 images.

File size must be limited to 5MB.

Submission Details
Artists will be notified of accepted work via email about 2 weeks after the submission deadline. All selected photographs will be posted on our website upon receiving decisions from the jury. We send an email stating jury outcome at selection time.

Exhibition Details
Selected artwork will hang in The Image Flow’s main gallery space for approximately 2 months.
The exhibition will be open to the public for the opening reception and during The Image Flow's regular business hours, Monday – Friday 10AM–6PM. The opening reception for this exhibition will be on Saturday, June 3, from 5:30–7:30PM at The Image Flow.

Accepted Artwork
As an exhibition artist please follow these logistics in preparation for the show:

  1. Properly frame the original artwork.
  2. Print the online receipt (to be submitted with your artwork).
  3. Physically submit the piece to the show. If shipping, please include return shipping label (FedEx or UPS).

Framing
Selected images must be matted and framed to professional standards with a simple black metal or wood frame and covered in glass or acrylic unless prior approval has been obtained. All frames must be wired in the back for hanging, no sawtooth hangers. The Image Flow reserves the right to reject any piece not framed to our standards.

The Image Flow realizes alternative processes frequently involve alternative presentation techniques. We will work with exhibitors to accommodate their display preferences in our gallery. Discussion and approval of alternative framing solutions must be obtained prior to artwork delivery.

Sales
Artists exhibiting at the Gallery may offer their work for sale at a price of their choosing. The Image Flow encourages sales during exhibitions and retains a 50% commission on work sold. The artist receives 50% of the sale price. Artist may choose to list their artwork as "NFS", meaning "not for sale". For further responsibilities regarding the sale of artwork, please contact the gallery.
